My programs are 100% guaranteed for up to 1 year AFTER completion of your program. If you apply and practice my methods and tools and do not get results, send me a simple email saying such, and I will refund your investment. As you are aware, Lorraine Pursell Parenting Evolution promotes programs in advance. Once programs become sold out we stop promoting them. Any requests for transfers after that point will result in a loss of revenue for Lorraine Pursell Parenting Evolution. Due to the short notice, we also lose the ability to fill your spot and the revenue of potentially selling the new spot. This Policy will be strictly enforced and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Our cancellation policy offers the following options: When you register for a program you have 10-days to make a transfer without being charged a transfer fee (loss of revenue), after which the following policy applies. In all cases you have a choice to pay the transfer fee, or forfeit the program. If for any reason you cannot attend the program, you may find someone else to attend in your place and submit written notification of that person's name and contact information to Lorraine Pursell Parenting Evolution. If any products or bonuses are received in conjunction with the offer, they must either be returned in excellent condition or paid for in full. (Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.) Voicemail or verbal correspondence does not constitute written cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Lorraine Pursell Parenting Evolution receives the written notification. Should the client fail to notify Lorraine Pursell Parenting Evolution in writing of any changes and not "attend" the event, there will be no refunds, credits or transfers available. Likewise, if you are in a coaching program, you are fully responsible for scheduling and attending all of your coaching sessions. Failure to do so results in no refund of any kind. Our program Transfer/Cancellation policy is as follows:
*Program credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation, regardless of whether the program originally registered for is offered again within this time period. **The lesser of the two amounts to be applied. The minimum transfer fee is $50.If any installment payment should default, the registrant will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. After 7 days, a $50 administrative fee will apply. All dates and locations are subject to change without prior written notice. |
